August 30, 2021
In the segment “Mom Confessions,” Laura and Shanna divulge some of their deepest, darkest, most hilarious mom secrets, as they dive into the topics of impulse purchases, pissing off two-year-olds, staying up too late and more! Also, Laura talks about the situation that led to her bed sharing with her baby, and Shanna discusses putting her sleep anxieties aside to have a memorable moment with her five-year-old. Finally, they share their BFPs and BFNs for the week. Shanna’s toddler is 2.5 years old, and Laura’s toddler is 2.5 years old. Laura’s baby is 6 months old.
- Hatch Baby Rest* Laura uses this nightlight and sound machine in Auggie's room as a "time-to-rise" device that lets him know when it's rest time and when it's wake time. The best part is that you can control it from your phone!
- Dr. Becky's "Sibling Dynamics" Course This is the parenting course about sibling dynamics that Shanna talks about in this episode.
- Wildlife Learning Center Shanna enjoyed touring this wildlife center with Elle and her friends (well except for the porcupines LOL).
